About this service
Do you need help securing nutritious food? Community Connections Food Programs offer free food pick up, meeting the food security needs of the people in our community. Food is both purchased and donated by community members and local businesses.
The Food Program provides:
- Christmas programming during the month of December
- Personal hygiene items and vitamins
- Referrals to other services as required
- When available: donated clothing,household items, furniture, blankets and bus tickets
- Annual on-site diabetes testing and flu shots
- Community Volunteer Tax Program
