About this service
Community Inclusion is a service for adults with diverse abilities offering activities and programs that will further personal development and support them to explore their dreams, goals and creativity. Participants and staff design an individualized plan that is tailored to their specific needs, wants and goals. Together, with partnerships from the community these programs have enhanced the life experiences of our participants.
Community Inclusion services offer space to:
- Access the community year round through educational, social and recreational activities
- Learn life skill in-services such as bike and fire safety, bear awareness, food-safe, meal planning, sexual health and many more
- Build healthy relationships and lifestyles
- Increase independence and natural supports in the community
