About this service
The Compass Counselling Program offers counselling to adult individuals, families, and couples who need support with mental health issues, stress, addictions, and other daily life challenges. We provide one on one counselling, group counselling, outreach counselling, and community integration services with the goal of reaching underserved populations. It is a program that has been developed to offer counselling services to people who may have difficulty accessing other counselling in the community.
