About this service
Accessibility Services is committed to helping CNC students with disabilities to succeed in their studies. We will help you access many different services. Accessibility Services assists with ensuring you have equal access to educational opportunities by working to reduce the physical, attitudinal and systemic barriers.
Who can use it?
CNC students who have one or more verifiable disabilities are eligible for accessibility services. A verifiable disability must be supported by professional health care or psycho-educational documentation describing the disability. You need to contact Accessibility Services at least 4 months prior to the start of a semester or program to ensure we have time to arrange services to be put into place for the start of the semester/program. Verifiable disabilities may include the following: Chronic/systemic health impairments Visual impairment Mobility/functional impairment Neurological disabilities Mental health disabilities Hearing impairment Learning disabilities ADHD
