The community is also known as the Alexandria Band and is part of the Tsilhqot'in National Government (TNG), with a registered population of 204. Their vision is to be a strong, unified Tsilhqot'in First Nation. Their mission is to provide programs and services for their members while striving for prosperity and independence. They follow guiding principles that emphasize empowerment, open communication, respect for diversity, adherence to Tsilhqot'in traditions, and accountability. Their goal is to achieve pride and unity by following these principles.
