About this service
Intersect provides a Community Outreach service for youth with concerning mental health needs that cannot access our central services and treatment process.
This service encourages youth to become involved with therapy to address identified mental health concerns. This service is itinerant and travels throughout the community to where you feels safe and supported. This is support is recommended in Clinical Supervision and cannot be referred to directly.
As part of our community outreach we provide a full time mental health clinician at the Foundry Prince George centre. Foundry Prince George strives to provide youth-centered services in a comfortable, respectful environment. Several agencies, including Intersect, work together to provide an exciting selection of support programs. Youth can self-refer to these services. Intersect has a full-time mental health clinician available on site.
