Coffee for the Care Giver
Join us every Thursday from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at our Solace Center for coffee and conversation. The group focus is on you The Caregiver where you can share your experiences with other caregivers. Coffee for the Caregiver offers peer support and relief from isolation.

One on One Caregiver Support
Caring for someone with a life-limiting illness can be isolating and overwhelming. Sometimes you need someone to talk to outside of your circle. We offer one on one support for Caregivers on the phone, in person or through a tablet. We understand that carving time for yourself can be difficult. We try to make it as easy as possible for you. Whether it be a quick conversation or a scheduled session. We are here for you.
