About this service
Delivers health care and support services through a network of health centres, hospitals, primary care clinics, residential care homes, and other facilities. Services include home health, mental health and substance use, health protection, public health, acute care, and other specialized programs. Free Take Home Naloxone Kits (Narcan) used to reverse the effects of overdoses from opioids (like fentanyl, heroin, methadone, morphine, and oxycodone), are available at all hospitals, public health units, mental health and substance use offices, and other facilities throughout the health authority region.
