About this organization
The Prince George Nechako Aboriginal Employment and Training Association is pleased to present our new suite of services designed to meet the new "industry based focus" of the national Aboriginal Skills Employment Training Strategy (ASETS) program. ASETS provide exciting opportunities to capitalize on partnership initiatives with industry at the table.
Concentrated effort will continue to be placed on preparing the Aboriginal workforce for sustainable employment in both unionized and non-union work settings. Emphasis is placed on curriculum design to increase entry opportunities. Industry is invited to participate during course development to ensure critical elements are built into the programs.
