Al-Anon Family Groups offer understanding and support to families and friends of problem drinkers.
- Ask yourself, DO YOU.. Search for hidden alcohol?
- Cancel plans because the drinker is unable to participate?
- Make excuses to cover up from problems caused by drinking?
- Have MONEY problems from behaviours caused by drinking?
- Also ask, BECAUSE OF SOMEONE ELSE'S DRINKING.. Am I afraid?
- Am I worried, losing sleep, tired, nervous or depressed?
- Do I feel embarrassed by the drinker's behaviour?
- Am I angry or frustrated at times?
If you answered "YES" to any of these questions, Al-Anon /Alateen may be of help to you. Newcomers are welcome at all meetings.
