Brooks Young Parents Program The Brooks Young Parents Program, a partnership between School District #47 and Youth & Family Powell River, is educationally based to support pregnant and parenting young moms in completing high school as well as to provide outreach supports that help them overcome barriers to education and employment opportunities.
