About this service
Our organization offers distress services to vulnerable individuals in British Columbia. We have 24/7 distress phone lines and online chat services available from 12pm to 1am. Our highly trained volunteers and paid responders provide non-judgemental emotional support, risk assessment, collaborative safety planning, and short-term follow-up by phone. We also offer emergency rescue services when necessary. If you are in crisis, distress, or having thoughts of suicide, we are here to listen and help 24/7. We provide phone lines in over 140 languages with the help of interpreters.
