About this service
Hannah House provides a structured addiction treatment program for women, with a safe environment created and operated by women who have conquered their own addiction and alcoholism. If you know a woman who is addicted to alcohol, drugs or other substances, you already know how difficult it can be. Thats why we are here to help.
We are women helping women get clean and sober. Our residential treatment program encompasses a 12 Step philosophy. We are abstinence based and provide the tools needed to help our clients stay clean and sober. Our treatment program includes the following:
- Group therapy
- One-on-one counselling
- Introduction to recovery-based fellowships
- Structured recovery environment
- Relapse prevention and warning signs of relapse
- Increasing self-esteem
- Communication skills
- Meditation and grounding techniques
- Yoga program
