Hawthorne - Adult Day Programs

Area seniors who would like to participate in recreational and learning activities in the company of other seniors should consider the Adult Day Program offered by Hawthorne Seniors Care Community.

This is a home support service that provides a variety of therapeutic recreation and social activities to seniors happy to remain in their own homes but who may feel housebound or isolated.

The focus of the programs many activities is on health and wellness. These activities include recreation therapy sessions, fitness programs, lunch clubs, community outings, entertainment, one-to-one visiting, discussion groups, cultural celebrations, intergenerational programs, games, cards and crafts. For caregivers looking after their loved one, the Adult Day Program can offer valuable respite time.
