About this service
Affordable Housing was established in 1982 to develop, own and manage rental housing for low and moderate income families, seniors and singles/couples. Affordable operates under a Board of Directors made up of business, professional and community leaders. The Board sets policy, approves major transactions and ensures Affordables objectives are met. The head office is centrally located in New Westminster and operates under the direction of a management team that consists of our CEO Stephen Bennett, Comptroller Steve Hoock and five Property Managers and Tenant Liaison.
