About this organization
Upon graduation, she worked as a registered nurse for more than 5 years at Royal Columbian Hospital, in acute medicine. Her experiences at RCH inspired her to continue her education by pursing a medical degree. Her love for medicine brought her to the Medical University of Americas campus on Nevis, West Indies; where she started her medical training. She then moved to Chicago, IL, USA, where she completed the clinical portion of medical school. She spent 3 years in Omaha, NE, USA, for residency in Family Medicine at Creighton University Medical Center. Following residency, in July 2016, she moved back home to Pitt Meadows, to practice medicine in her hometown and serve her own community.
Dr. Zuri's personal interests include traveling, spending quality time with family, and of course sushi.
