About this service

Sowins provides supportive housing to 7 women along with their children who have experienced or are at risk of experiencing abuse. The units are subsidized units within our transition house where residents can stay for up to 6 months. Support staff is on site 24/7 and work on individual success plans with residents while they work towards independent living. Note: to be eligible for second stage housing, individuals must first be residents of sowins transition house and have resided a minimum of 30 days.
