About this service
Often families can struggle to find a place where they can network and play, in a safe environment. Dragonfly Pond remedies that with a spring and summer childrens program known as Dragonflies & Minnows. During this program, children and caregivers or parents, spend a few hours in the gym exploring the developmentally appropriate equipment, art activities and social circle times. Some children, who have never been in the pool before, experience for the first time, the freedom of the water. Dragonflies & Minnows owes its success to the United Way, Safeway, volunteers, instructors, parents, and the partnerships with the City of Penticton.
