Care & Company bridges the gap between home and care facility for your loved one. As people age, they need assistance, otherwise they dont eat properly, bathe regularly, clean, and more. Our team of care aides assist our seniors in many areas helping them to live at home independently and with less risk. Whether providing home support or companion care, our workers develop relationships with our seniors and give them consistency and support while helping them with:
Administering and monitoring medications
Facilitating home-based exercise programs
Light housekeeping and laundry
Cooking nutritious meals, shopping for groceries
