About this service

The Homeless Prevention Program (HPP) is for women who have experienced violence or are at risk of violence and are homeless, hidden homeless, or at risk of homelessness. The program aims to either assist to keep women in their existing housing or if that is not possible, assist them to find safe and affordable housing.

Primarily, clients will be provided assistance to secure housing, and ongoing case management & goal setting to insure that they retain their housing
