About this service
The centre offers educational opportunities and on-the-ground support and problem solving provided by people with lived experience of mental illness. Our centre works towards creating a safer space for community members and we strive to be accountable and believe we play a part in creating a more just and healthy society.Our services include:
- A lending library with books on a wide range of mental health issues
- A peer navigator to help you along your journey through the mental health system
- Links to community mental health resources
- An online portal of community-based mental health resources
- Events, clubs, and support groups
