About this service
Short term, solution focused therapy is available for youth and young adults 12-24 through assessment and referral at Foundrys drop in service. Issues can include supportive interventions with depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns as well as issues or questions regarding substance use and its impact on the young persons health and well being.
Mental health only services for young people 13-18 is offered through a partnership with Ministry for Children and Family Development (MCFD). Child and Youth Mental Health (CYMH) clinicians from MCFD are available at Foundry on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 1:00 and 5:00pm to complete intake for those who have been assessed with moderate to severe symptoms of mental health.
