About this service
We offer group counselling for a range of issues including childhood sexual abuse, relationship violence, couples communication, and eating disorders. Groups are both educational and experiential, offering you a powerful opportunity to get support from others with similar issues, break the shame of silence, and learn new things about yourself. Our experienced counsellors provide a safe group environment where you can learn about yourself and how you relate to others. At the end of a group you will feel less alone, understand yourself better, and relate to others in new ways.
