About this service
Meetings include:
- Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) - for women recovering from alcoholism. Along with regular AA meetings we also have meetings of Step groups, topic discussions, guided meditations, and Big Book study groups.
- Al-Anon - for the family or friends of alcoholics. We have regular Al-Anon meetings and Step meetings available.
- Anorexics and Bulimics Anonymous (ABA) - for women looking to find and maintain recovery in their eating practices and to help others gain recovery.
- Co-Dependents Anonymous (CODA) - for women who wish to develop healthy relationships. The only requirement is a desire for healthy and loving relationships.
- Co-Dependents of Sex Addicts (COSA) - for women who have been affected by another person's compulsive sexual behaviour.
- Spenders Anonymous (SA) - for women working towards clarity in their relationship with money.
