About this service
My Parkgate BREAK is a gathering place for individuals experiencing the changes associated with early to moderate dementia. It offers needed respite to family caregivers and a chance for individuals to connect with others who are on the dementia journey. It runs twice weekly with 3 hours of social programming. This program is fully supported by staff and trained community volunteers so families can rest easy knowing their loved ones are in good hands.
