About this service
At Kidz Co. we will ensure that:
our childcare centre staff are aware of the development levels of each child and that they will use this information to foster self confidence
each child will develop a sense of themselves as capable, competent learners and will be provided with a stimulating, interactive, learning environment.
children are encouraged to make independent choices and be part of planning and decision making
all children will be treated as individuals and respected for their uniqueness
cultural differences are respected and celebrated within the day care centre
all health and safety policies and procedures will be followed
when dealing with a child the child care centres values will be upheld
