Built in 1994, this two level building with ocean views, has a main floor with resident rooms, dining area, lounges, activity space and reception area. The lower level has the adult day program, staff areas, kitchen, laundry, and maintenance areas. Attached to the long-term care area there is a laboratory, x-ray department, outpatient physiotherapy and urgent care.
