About this service
The Support Link program provides transitional housing for teens currently in foster care who are looking to become independent and live on their own. With the help of Aunt Leahs supportive community of staff and peers, youth participating in Support Link learn essential life skills that give them the confidence and ability to maintain their quality of life as they transition out of government care.
To apply for admission into Support Link, please contact your support worker. For more information, please contact the Support Link Coordinator at 604-525-1204 ext. 228
Who can use it?
Teens 16-18. in government care, no chronic drug or alcohol problems, can live independently.
