About this service

For many folks here in Nelson really suffer around the Holidays. We want to make sure our vulnerable community is supported and cared for. This Christmas join us by making Socks of Care!

Your donation of a SOC that is filled with the life essentials + holiday cheer can and will make all the difference to those living on the margins.

The Socks of Care Campaign started here in Nelson with a small social justice project in a grade 5 classroom at South Nelson Elementary School and last year we raised close to 200 SOCs to hand out at the Our Daily Bread Christmas Eve party.
