About this service
New for 2023, Track Tots is a parent-participation program that introduces the youngest kids to FUNdamental movement skills, which are the basics of Track and Field! This program focuses on FUN as well as an introduction to physical activity and physical literacy for both the tot and their parent. Learn the building blocks of running, jumping, and throwing and have fun moving your body with Track Tots!
