About this service
The Seniors Connect Centre is a place for adults aged 55 years or older that promotes independence, personal enrichment and an enhanced quality of life through social engagement. Seniors Activites and Programs and activities focusing on social inclusion, health and wellness are provided free of charge. The centre is wheelchair accessible and has a wheelchair accessible bathroom. Many of the workshop facilitators are seniors and elders. All of our volunteers are 55+.
