About this service
COVID19 UPDATE - This is being resumed in Mid-June. It is being offered remotely at this time.
An 8 week group for youth,14 -18 years old, who are living with depression and/or anxiety.
This group is to assist youth to understand and be able to talk about the challenges they are facing in their every day life.
Opportunities to connect with other youth and learn about different topics.
Snacks are provided.
Enrollment is ongoing.
