About this service
COVID19 UPDATE - This is being offered remotely, we are looking to resume face to face sessions for those who wish in mid-June.
Provides counselling and support to alleviate loneliness and isolation of seniors who are 55 years and older. The service is offered in the home, our office and community. Seniors are encouraged to enjoy healthy ageing through physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
In addition to the community peer support, this program offers speakers for community groups interested in addressing over all healthy aging and emotional wellness, which may include focus of issues such as, power of attorney, prevention of elder abuse, prescription drug and or alcohol abuse. With our knowledge and experience we are able to tailor these information sessions to your individual needs.
