About this service
The Nexus Primary Care Clinic is a nurse practitioner-led primary care clinic that is owned and operated by the Nexus Patient and Community Care Society. The clinics nurse practitioners work in collaboration with Island Health Registered Nurses, social workers and Mental Health and Substance Use Clinicians to provide team-based care to families and individuals in Nanaimo.
Who can use it?
Eligibility requirements to become a client at nexus primary care clinic: local resident of greater nanaimo have no primary care provider if you have been fired, or voluntarily detached from another provider you can not be accepted. Families will be attached together
