About this service
Our once-a-month, $10 produce box helps you stretch your food dollar and gives you affordable access to nutritious fruits and vegetables. We buy fresh produce in bulk from wholesalers to help you get more good food for less money.
Every Good Food Box contains up to 75 servings of fruits and vegetables worth $15 or more. Thats almost two weeks worth of the Canada Food Guide daily recommendations for an average adult.
How to order:
The Good Food Box is available once each month. To get your Good Food Box, order online any time using Visa, Mastercard, or Interac online payments, or visit Nanaimo Foodshare at 271 Pine Street on order days.
The Good Food Box is available for order on the first and last Wednesday of each month. Pickup is on the second Wednesday of every month, between 11:00am and 2pm at the Salvation Army on 505 8th Street.
