COVID19 Update: Hospice House closed, all groups on hold for the time being. Our counsellors will be contacting clients with confirmed appointments to provide telephone counselling. We will continue to take referrals by telephone at 250-591-8811.
Serious illness has come into your life and the lives of those who care for you. The future is uncertain. You are meeting a lot of new health care team members and talking with them. You are trying to digest a lot of information and to make important decisions. You are probably experiencing a lot of powerful emotions at this time and may be feeling overwhelmed.
Nanaimo Hospice is available to be of support to you as soon as you or your loved one has been given a diagnosis that the illness is not curable. We want what is best for you and your family. Support is provided based on your unique needs, in a way that least disrupts your quality of life.
