Our Children's Room, located at Hospice House, has been designed to address the grieving needs of children from ages 2-12 years of age. In working with children our trained counsellor acts as a supportive witness and guide as children acquire the tools they need to live with the death of a special person.

Our Children's Garden is specifically designed to meet the needs of young children in grief and planned on evidence-based research.

This unique resource was added with the move to our new Hospice Home. How privileged we are to be able to provide this beautiful space where children can work in the soil, planting herbs/flowers/vegetables, harvest their plantings, smell and feel the different fragrances and textures of the herbs, rake in the pea gravel, sit beside the fountain, draw on the outdoor blackboard, perform "on stage", and make memory stones for the dry creek bed.
