About this service
LIFT is a program for parents and youth who are experiencing difficulties within the family relationship system. LIFT is a voluntary service that assists and supports parents in their role as caregivers with the goal of promoting parental capacity and maintaining the integrity of family. In addition, LIFT supports youths capacity to remain connected to their family/caregiver system.
Who can use it?
The lift program is an open community referral service. Parents/guardians & youth between the ages of 12-16 yrs old can contact the lift office for an initial intake. For youth between the ages of 17-18 yrs old, a referral may be made through mcfd only.
