About this service
COVID19 UPDATE - As essential workers we will continue to provide services during COVID19 with modifications that are congruent with health and safety recommendations from our government and health authorities.
All files are referred by the Nanaimo Forensic Outpatient Clinic. We provide safe and supportive housing and help facilitate our client's transition back into the community on an independent basis. We encourage healthy lifestyle choices and social responsibility.
Admission Criteria
- 19+ years of age
- Dealing with a severe/persistent mental illness, have offended, and are either on a current Probation Order or have been found Not Criminally Responsible due to a Mental Disorder
- May have addiction issues.
Individuals being considered for housing are screened for appropriateness
