Whether you want to decrease or stop gambling altogether, Lindy is here to support you. Perhaps you are a family member who struggles to understand why your loved one keeps gambling. Lindy has a graduate degree in Counselling and specializes in working with problem gambling issues for 16+ years in British Columbia. Counselling is free and confidential. Counselling can help you regain control of your gambling and your life. A variety of treatment options are available including individual and couples counselling, group sessions and a Day Treatment Program know as Discovery. Day treatment is a more intense treatment experience offered in a group setting that ranges from 2.5 or 3 hour sessions for 6 consecutive weeks.
