About this service
ESL Academic Preparation places emphasis on reading, writing, grammar, listening and speaking to prepare students for academic High School classes in Canada. The course is taught by British Columbia certified Academic English teachers in Canada, and includes 1 on 1 coaching and proctored mid-term and final assessments. Acceptance to The High School at Vancouver Island University will be guaranteed upon successful completion of ESL Academic Preparation, and students will receive 4 academic credits per level completed towards their BC Dogwood diploma.
