The Immigrant Welcome Centre provides FREE government approved English language classes through the LINC program. LINC stands for LANGUAGE INSTRUCTION FOR NEWCOMERS TO CANADA and uses the Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) national standard. Our Centre offers LINC levels from 1 to 8.
