About this service
Encourages rich and supportive friendships between young girls with opportunities to develop self-esteem, self-efficacy, and self-worth.
We know that when we engage youth, we make a big impact on their lives. As an organization, we are committed to creating spaces and opportunities that support youth to reach their potential.
Purple Girlzillas is a fun, safe program for girls aged 8-12 (Grades 4-7) on Friday evening from 6:30 8:00 pm.
The Purple Girlzillas enjoy a variety of activities that foster friendships which in turn create high self-esteem, self-efficacy, and self-worth.
Girls who are in positive, female only programs, are less likely to take part in risky behaviour.
Registration Package for new members available on the website.
Fees: A BGCCVI Membership is required and a $55.00 yearly program activity fee is due upon registration.
Generously funded by the Province of British Columbia.
