Bethany Place for Women Society

We are a community of faith, centered on our belief in Gods love for us and others. We are named Bethany Place for Women because, in times of old, Bethany was a place where Jesus was welcomed, where feasts were held in His honour, and people who gathered to be near him received love, wisdom, healing and life itself by doing so. We want our modern day Bethany to be a place where women of all walks of life are warmly welcomed and receive support and care for body, soul and spirit as we journey together on our way to wholeness.

At Bethany Place for Women, we provide space for women to gather, where community is experienced, and God is welcomed. We believe every woman has worth and value. We believe each person is created to be loved and has a right to dignity and respect. All have practical, emotional and spiritual needs and at Bethany Place for Women, we seek to meet some of those needs. As relationships are developed, we look to serve, support and encourage in ways that are appropriate and are welcomed.
