About this service
The goals of our Adult Literacy program are:
- To increase literacy levels and numeracy proficiency among adults 19 years and older
- To meet the increasing demands of our knowledge and technologically based economy
- To increase diverse literacy awareness among adults
Free Learner-Led Tutoring:
Many topics such as:
- Learners Licence preparation
- Introduction to Electronic Devices
- WHIMS preparation
We cover Canadian Benchmark Levels (CLB 0-4)
Learners are matched with a trained volunteer tutor
English Conversation Grammar and Culture ESL Group
