About this service
This program is a weekly peer support group for survivors of homicide, the friends and family members of people who have been murdered. The people who facilitate the group are survivors themselves. The groups in the 2011-2012 fiscal year were held in Abbotsford at the request of survivors who live in the Fraser Valley. Over 20 survivors attended these groups and were also seen outside of the peer support group for survivors.
