Blue Kangaroo Childcare

Our goals are simple ones. Helping children to learn and practice social skills that will enable them throughout their lives to continue to be capable and successful learners.

Blue Kangaroo uses a theme-based approach for programming, based on what is happening in the childrens lives and follows the yearly seasons and holidays, as well as areas of interest initiated by the children. Each area explored will provide learning opportunities that will meet the individual needs of each of the children as individuals and as a group. Through well equipped learning centers, each theme encompasses units in all areas of child development, These lead to more structured areas of Math, Language and Literature, Music, Social Studies, Art, Science, Nature and the Outdoors. Each area will be presented in a rich, creative, age appropriate manner that will honor each childs abilities and individual uniqueness.
