UBC - Dental Clinic (Nobel Biocare Oral Health Centre)

Welcome to the Nobel Biocare Oral Health Centre (affectionately known as the NBOHC). We are proud to deliver excellent care to our patients as well as to provide the clinical setting to educate our students.

Treatment is provided by students enrolled in two undergraduate programs (Dentistry and Dental Hygiene) and five graduate programs (dentists studying to become specialists). Also, our faculty members provide care in the same way as in regular private practice.

The dental clinic at UBC uses state-of-the-art technology and an innovative architectural design to create a sophisticated, efficient space for learning, community service and research. The scope and extent of treatment provided must conform to the parameters delineated by the Commission on Dental Accreditation of Canada through their Accreditation process.

The dental clinic at UBC operates at reduced fees. Our fees are approximately 20 to 40 percent less than those in the BC Dental Association Fee Guide.

UBC - Dental Clinic (Nobel Biocare Oral Health Centre) is open Monday to Friday 8 am- 12:30 pm and 2-5 pm.
