About this service
COVID-19 UPDATE: The Family Strengthening Outreach Program will continue to provide support services to families either by phone or utilizing virtual formats such as Zoom or FaceTime. If you have any questions please contact the Supervisor Kristy Rogge at 604-209-8014.
The Family Strengthening Outreach Program uses a client centred, strength based approach to assist families who are experiencing stress or conflict to help develop new parenting strategies, an awareness of child and youth development, behaviour management and life coping skills that will assist them in reducing their stress and promote stability within the family.
Families are eligible for service if the family has children under 19 years of age and they reside in Maple Ridge or Pitt Meadows.
