About this service
COVID-19 UPDATE: Workers are available 5 days a week Mon-Fri call 604-467-6911 and leave a voice mail on the workers line. If you do not know a direct cell number, please call 604-788-9833. CLS workers will be providing weekly phone support for all clients to assist with resource information and general support. We will continue to accept new referrals.
Community Living Support Program provides community support to individuals living with mental health issues. Clients are supported by outreach workers to achieve increased independence in managing their daily activities through the provision of education, training and by increasing clients stability in their community.
Semi-Independent Living Program is a supported housing program that enables individuals with mental health issues to live independently in safe, affordable, self-contained living units. Individuals in this program are eligible for a rent subsidy.
